On today's episode, Matt Tamanini is in conversation with the Queen of Zazz, Angie Schworer. With a dozen Broadway credits under her belt, and multiple national tours to boot, Angie recently wrapped up the run of "Some Like It Hot" on Broadway and is now in Florida playing Dorothy Brock in the Maltz Jupiter Theatre's production of "42nd Street" through the end of the month.
In their conversation, Angie explains how her career went from working at Disney to being the patron saint of chorus dancers. She also discusses the disappointment behind "Some Like It Hot's" closing, what it means to have so much DNA in her character of "The Prom," why she is always up to do shows in Florida, and much more.
